Born in Changde, Hunan Province, educated from the Mathematics Department of Hunan Normal University. He also studied postgraduate courses in the Assistant Department of Mathematics. He was promoted to Associate Professor and Professor in 1991.12 and 1996.7 respectively. He used to be the director of the Department of Basic Mathematics and the
member of the School of Labor Union of Changsha University of Science and Technology; a judge of the senior professional title of the Ministry of Power Industry of China, the head of the Department of Mathematics of Shantou University; the leader of the "211" applied mathematics key discipline of the school; the Chinese Operations Research Institute fuzzy information and The first and second directors of the engineering branch; the sixth, seventh and eighth directors of the China Operations Research Society, and the eighth provincial committee of the Guangdong Science and Technology Association.
He is currently a professor of Lingnan Level 2 at Foshan University of Science and Technology; dean of the School of Finance and Economics of
Guangzhou Institute of Technology and Technology (undergraduate); doctoral (post) tutor of Guangzhou University; director of the first and second sessions of Guangdong Institute of Operations Research, director of Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macau Operations Research Institute Long; chief editor of the Fuzzy Information and Engineering magazine (Web of Sciences).
In 1987, "Fuzzy Geometry Programming" was first proposed in the world, since then more than 180 his papers were published in Top and Q1 publications such as: Fuzzy Sets and Systems, IEEE T on Fuzzy Systems, Information Sciences. Monographs, 20 editors, 2 SCI and EI special editions
were published by well-known domestic and foreign publishers such as Kluwer, Springer Nature, and Science Press. He hosted three projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation and presided over the provincial and Ministry of Education research projects five times and won more than 10 awards at various levels.
