The Ordered Weighted Averaging (OWA) operator was introduced by Yager [34] to provide a method for aggregating inputs that lie between the max and min operators. In this article we continue to present some extensions of OWA-type aggregation operators. Several variants of the generalizations of the fuzzy-probabilistic OWA operator-FPOWA (introduced by Merigo [13], [14]) are presented in the environment of fuzzy uncertainty, where different monotone measures (fuzzy measure) are used as uncertainty measures. The considered monotone measures are: possibility measure, Sugeno additive measure, monotone measure associated with Belief Structure and Choquet capacity of order two. New aggregation operators are introduced: AsFPOWA and SA-AsFPOWA. Some properties of new aggregation operators and their information measures are proved. Concrete faces of new operators are presented with respect to different monotone measures and mean operators. Concrete operators are induced by the Monotone Expectation (Choquet integral) or Fuzzy Expected Value (Sugeno Integral) and the Associated Probability Class (APC) of a monotone measure. New aggregation operators belong to the Information Structure I6 (see Part I, Section 3). For the illustration of new constructions of AsFPOWA and SA-AsFPOWA operators an example of a fuzzy decision-making problem regarding the political management with possibility uncertainty is considered. Several aggregation operators (“classic” and new operators) are used for the comparing of the results of decision making.

COVID-19, an epidemic disease, has challenged human lives all over the world. Governments and scientific communities are trying their level best to help the masses. This disease which is caused by corona virus majorly attacks the upper respiratory system rendering the human immunity incapacitated and, in some cases, proving fatal. Therefore, it is very much important to identify the infected people quickly and accurately, so that it can be prevented from spread. Early addressal of the symptoms can help to prevent the disease to become severe for all mankind. This calls for the development of a decision-making system to help the medical fraternity for the timely action. This proposed fuzzy based system predicts Covid-19 based on individuals’ symptoms and parameters. It receives input parameters as fever, cough, breathing difficulty, muscle ache, sore throat, travel history, age, medical history in the form of different membership functions and generates one output that predicts the likelihood of a person being infected with COVID-19 using Mamdani fuzzy inference system. The timely prognosis of the disease at home isolation or at the security checks can help the patient to seek the medical treatment as early as possible. Patient case studies, real time observations, cluster cases were studied to create the rule base for FDMS. The results are validated by using real-time individuals test cases on the proposed system which yields 97.2% accuracy, 100% sensitivity and 96.2% specificity.

In this paper, we investigate the multiple attribute decision making problems with spherical fuzzy information. The advantage of spherical fuzzy set is easily reflecting the ambiguous nature of subjective judgments because the spherical fuzzy sets are suitable for capturing imprecise, uncertain and inconsistent information in the multiple attribute decision making analysis. Thus, the cross- entropy of spherical fuzzy sets called, spherical fuzzy cross-entropy, is proposed as an extension of the cross-entropy of fuzzy sets. Then, a multiple attribute decision making method based on the proposed spherical fuzzy cross entropy is established in which attribute values for alternatives are spherical fuzzy numbers. In decision making process, we utilize the spherical fuzzy weighted cross entropy between the ideal alternative and an alternative to rank the alternatives corresponding to the cross entropy values and to select the most desirable one(s). Finally, a practical example for enterprise resource planning system selection is given to verify the developed approach and to demonstrate its practicality and effectiveness.

For the three last decades, the multi-objective fractional programming problem has attracted the attention of many researchers due to various applications in production planning, financial field, and inventory management, and so on. The main aim of this study is to introduce a new application of hesitant fuzzy sets in real-life modeling. We intend to model multi-objective linear fractional programming problems under a hesitant fuzzy environment and present a procedure to solve them. the increasing applications of multi-objective linear fractional programming problems and the lack of research papers in this field under a hesitant fuzzy environment are the main motivations of this study. In a hesitant fuzzy set, the membership degree of an element belongs to the set can be represented by several possible values in [0,1]. These values can be chosen by different experts that cannot reach a single opinion in determining a membership degree. so, in our model several evaluations for each of goals established by decision makers based on their attitudes. The generalization of the fuzzy decision-making principle and some new concepts provide an effective solution procedure for the problem. Finally, a practical example is extended to illustrate the applicability of the proposed method.

Neutrosophic statistics are used when one is dealing with imprecise and indeterminate data or parameters. In the present paper we propose a method for performing a neutrosophic Student’s t –type of statistical test that concerns the population mean when data arise from an autoregressive process of order 1 (AR(1)). In classical statistics, data obtained through this process are not independent when the autocorrelation coefficient of the process is not equal to 0, and hence the usual Student’s t distribution is inadequate for inferring about the population mean; however a result obtained in earlier literature states that a Student’s t –type of statistic, which is asymptotically normally distributed, can be used instead. Our method is based on the neutrosophic version of this result and it is implemented using simulated data.

Success in supply begins with the right choice of suppliers and in the long run is directly related to how suppliers are managed, because suppliers have a significant impact on the success or failure of a company. Multi-criteria decisions are approaches that deal with ranking and selecting one or more suppliers from a set of suppliers. Multi-criteria decisions provide an effective framework for comparing suppliers based on the evaluation of different criteria. The present research is applied based on the purpose and descriptive-survey based on the nature and method of the research. In the present study, two library and field methods have been used to collect information. According to the objectives of this study, suppliers will be evaluated using two methods of fuzzy hierarchical analysis with D-numbers. In order to better understand these two methods, a case study is presented in which suppliers are ranked using two methods and then the results are compared with each other. For manufacturing companies, 4 categories of parts were considered and based on the classification, the suppliers of the manufacturing company were evaluated and analyzed. In the results of suppliers of type A and B components in hierarchical analysis, D and fuzzy methods have many differences in the evaluation and ranking of suppliers, and this shows the lack of expectations of experts in D and fuzzy analysis. On the other hand, in type C and D components, the classification and ranking of suppliers have been matched in two ways and shows that the opinions in the evaluation of these suppliers are the same.

This paper introduces the new concept of Plithogenic sub cognitive maps including the mediating effects of the factors. The thirteen study factors are categorized as grouping factors, parametric factors, risks factors and output factor. The effect of one factor over another is measured directly based on neutrosophic triangular representation of expert’s opinion and indirectly by computing the mediating factor’s effects. This new approach is more realistic in nature as it takes the mediating effects into consideration together with contradiction degree of the factors. The possibility of children, adult and old age with risk factors and parametric factors being infected by corona virus is determined by this diagnostic model. The escalation of COVID-19 curves is high and the researchers worldwide are working on diagnostic models, in the way this article proposes COVID-19 diagnostic model using Plithogenic cognitive maps. In this article, we have developed a deteriorated multi-item inventory model in a fuzzy environment. Here the demand rate is constant. Production cost and set-up cost are the most vital issue in the inventory system of the market world. Here production cost and set-up- cost are continuous functions of demand. Set-up-cost is also dependent on average inventory level. Deterioration cost is the most challenging issue in the business world. So here deterioration cost is dependent on inventory level and demand. Lead time crashing cost is considered the continuous function of leading time. In the real world all cost are not fixed. Due to uncertainty all cost parameters of the proposed model are taken as Generalized Triangular Fuzzy Number (GTFN). The formulated multi objective inventory problem has been solved by various techniques like as Geometric Programming (GP) technique, Fuzzy Programming Technique with Hyperbolic Membership Function (FPTHMF), Fuzzy Non-Linear Programming (FNLP) technique. Numerical example is taken to illustrate the model. Sensitivity analysis and graphical representation have been shown to test the parameters of the model.

This exploration addresses some aspects of Zoroastrianism, examining how the ancient Persian belief system aligns with the dynamic and indeterminate principles of Fuzzy, Neutrosophic, and MultiAlist systems. Zoroastrianism, rooted in the eternal struggle between good and evil, light and darkness, exhibits parallels with Neutrosophy's acknowledgment of indeterminacy, incompleteness, and the dynamic interplay of opposites. The prophet Zarathustra's vision of a neutrosophic God challenges conventional notions of divine attributes, emphasizing a dynamic and evolving universe. Before investigating these vague areas, the concept of unclear conceptual borders is explored, emphasizing the indeterminacy and imprecision inherent in defining opposites or partially opposite concepts. The law of included infinitely-many-middles suggests that between opposites, there exist infinitely many nuances or middle values. Sorites' paradoxes challenge traditional logic by exposing the difficulties in defining vague boundaries. Neutrosophic Interpretation suggests introducing a buffer zone between opposites, resulting in Neutrosophic Sorites Paradoxes. Moreover, this exploration highlights the need for a more flexible and nuanced understanding of conceptual boundaries, acknowledging the dynamic and indeterminate nature of many philosophical and logical constructs. Finally, we delve into the application of neutrosophy to various cultural and philosophical concepts. The legendary figure of Gilgamesh, described as two-thirds god and one-third human, is examined through both traditional and neutrosophic perspectives. Additionally, Hindu concepts of Dharma, Adharma, and Karma are reexamined within the context of neutrosophy. The logic of the Diamond Sutra in Mahayana Buddhism, characterized by paradoxical language and a focus on emptiness, aligns with neutrosophic principles in challenging fixed notions and embracing the interconnected and indeterminate aspects of reality. Despite diverse cultural origins, these examples share a common thread in questioning absolutes and embracing the dynamic nature of existence.

This paper presents global domination in fuzzy graphs using strong arcs. The strong global domination number of different classes of fuzzy graphs is obtained. An upper bound for the strong global domination number of fuzzy graphs is obtained. Strong global domination in fuzzy trees is studied. It is established that every node of a strong global dominating set of a fuzzy tree is either a fuzzy cut node or a fuzzy end node. It is proved that in a fuzzy tree, each node of a strong global dominating set is incident on a fuzzy bridge. Also, the characteristic properties of the existence of a strong global dominating set for a fuzzy graph and its complement are established.

This study investigates integrating and optimizing an intelligent rural management system leveraging advanced technologies, including the Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain, and social networks. Initially, it identifies and scrutinizes prevailing issues in rural development processes, emphasizing the role of rural cultural dissemination, with a specific focus on the impact of social networks. Subsequently, by incorporating fuzzy set theory and adopting an enhanced blockchain consensus algorithm—the Byzantine Fault Tolerance (BFT) algorithm— a comprehensive rural management system is established, combining fuzzy sets and blockchain. Lastly, an intelligent traffic management system is developed to address logistics and distribution challenges in rural revitalization, facilitating efficient interurban delivery. The system automatically invokes the Matlab dynamic link library and employs a hybrid genetic algorithm to plan delivery routes. This study presents key findings on implementing an intelligent rural management system incorporating fuzzy sets, blockchain, and IoT technology. The system notably enhances transparency and traceability in agricultural production and supply chain processes, optimizes logistics and distribution efficiency, and reduces operational costs through intelligent management techniques. Additionally, the integrated application significantly bolsters consumer trust in the quality and safety of agricultural products, leading to heightened overall user satisfaction.

With the development of management and economics, real-world decision-making problem are becoming diversified and complicated to an increasing extent, especially within a changeable and unpredictable enviroment. Multi-criteria is a decision-making technique that explicitly evaluates numerous contradictory criteria. TOPSIS is a well-known multi-criteria decision-making process. The goal of this research is to use TOPSIS to solve MCDM problems in a Pythagorean fuzzy environment. The distance between two Pythagorean fuzzy numbers is utilized to create the model using the spherical distance measure. To construct a ranking order of alternatives and determine the best one,the revised index approach is utilized. Finally, we look at a set of MCDM problems to show how the proposed method and approach work in practice. In addition, it shows comparative data from the relative closeness and updated index methods.

It has become one of the indispensable conditions to continuously improve the quality and achieve the quality standards in order to adapt to the increasingly competitive environment in the textile industry. However, the textile production process like many other industrial processes involves the interaction of a large number of variables. For a standard quality production, the relation between raw material properties, process parameters, and environmental factors must be established conclusively. The physical properties of air textured warp yarn that affect the quality of the yarn, construct the strength of the yarn. After the production process, different values of each yarn sample are revealed from the strength tests performed during the quality control process. Six criteria that affect the quality of the yarn and identify the strength of the yarn are defined as a result of strength tests. Those criteria are count, tenacity, elongation shrinkage, Resistance per Kilometer (RKM) and breaking force. The differences between the values of these criteria and linguistic variables cause uncertainty when defining the quality of the yarn. To take into consideration this uncertainty a Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) is developed using six criteria as inputs, 144 rules created, and the linguistic variables of Air Textured Yarn (ATY) samples of a textile manufacturer. The quality level of the products according to the different membership functions are identified with the proposed FIS generated by MATLAB version 2015a and recommendations are made to the manufacturer.

Statistics mainly concerned with data that may be qualitative or quantitative. Earlier we have used the notion of statistics in the classical sense where we assign values that are crisp. But in reality, we find some areas where the crisp concept is not sufficient to solve the problem. So, it seems difficult to assign a definite value for each parameter. For this, fuzzy sets and logic have been introduced to give the flexibility to analyze and classify statistical data. Moreover, we may come across such parameters that are indeterminate, uncertain, imprecise, incomplete, unknown, unsure, approximate, and even completely unknown. Intuitionistic fuzzy set explain uncertainty at some extent. But itis not sufficient to study all sorts of uncertainty present in real-life. It means that there exists data which are neutrosophic in nature. So, neutrosophic data plays a significant role to study the concept of indeterminacy present in a data without any restriction. The main objective of preparing this article is to highlighting the importance of neutrosophication of statistical data in a study to assess the symptoms related to Reproductive Tract Infections (RTIs) or Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) among women by sampling estimation.
