S. A. Edalatpanah
S. A. Edalatpanah received the Ph.D. degree in applied mathematics from the University of Guilan, Rasht, Iran. He is currently working as the chief of R&D at the Ayandegan Institute of Higher Education, Iran. He is also an academic member of Guilan University and the Islamic Azad University of Iran. His fields of interest are uncertainty, fuzzy mathematics, numerical linear algebra, soft computing, and optimization. He has published over 150 journal and conference proceedings papers in the above research areas. He serves on the editorial boards of several international journals. He is also the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Research in Industrial Engineering.
Scientist and writer. Wrote in four languages: English, Romanian, French, and Spanish. Published over 900 scientific papers and over 400 books in mathematics, statistics, physics, engineering, economics, computer science, information fusion, medical applications, psychology, sociology, as well as literary works such as poetry, stories, essays, a novel, translations, dramas, plays for children, folklore, and albums of arts.
Florentin Smarandache received the M.Sc. degree in mathematics and computer science from the University of Craiova, Romania, and the Ph.D. degree in mathematics from the State University of Kishinev. He held a postdoctoral position in applied mathematics at the Okayama University of Sciences, Japan. He is currently a Professor of mathematics with The University of New Mexico–Gallup, USA. He has been the Founder of neutrosophy (generalization of dialectics), neutrosophic set, logic, probability and statistics, since 1995, and has published articles and books on neutrosophic physics, superluminal and instantaneous physics, unmatter, absolute theory of relativity, redshift and blueshift due to the medium gradient and refraction index besides the Doppler effect, paradoxism, outerart, neutrosophy as a new branch of philosophy, law of included multiple-middle, multispace, degree of dependence and independence between the neutrosophic components, refined neutrosophic set, neutrosophicover-under-off-set, plithogenicset, neutrosophic triplet and duplet structures, quadruple neutrosophic structures, DSmT, and so on to many peer-reviewed international journals and many books. He presented articles and plenary lectures to many international conferences around the world.

Edmundas Kazimieras Zavadskas
Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) substantially evolved during the past decades and became one of the most important areas in Operational Research in Civil Engineering and Management Science. In Europe, this area is closely related to research performed by Professor Edmundas Kazimieras Zavadskas.
Edmundas Kazimieras Zavadskas received the M.S. degree in civil engineering from Vilnius branch of Kaunas University of Technology, Kaunas, Lithuania, in 1967, the Ph.D. degree from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (VGTU), Vilnius, Lithuania in 1973, and the USSR doctor of science degree from Moscow State University of Civil Engineering, Moscow, Russia, in 1987.,Currently, he is the Head of the Department of Construction Technology and Management at VGTU. His research interests are building technology and management, decision-making theory, automated design, and decision support systems. Dr. Zavadskas is a member of the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences.
Professor is still a very active scientist. His published over 50 books, including 5 textbooks and 16 monographs as a single author, or in collaboration with other authors, 10 popular science books, over 400 research articles as well as several hundreds of articles on various social and cultural topics. He has edited over 20 collective volumes.
Professor E. K. Zavadskas has set up three famous international scientific journals: “Technological and Economic Development of Economy”, “Journal of Civil Engineering and Management” and “International Journal of Strategic Property Management”.
Since 2008 all three journals have been referred in Thomson Reuters Web of Science database, and since 2010 – have impact factor (IF). Furthermore, since 2010 these journals are published by VGTU publishing house “Technika” in collaboration with a famous publishing house – Taylor & Francis. During the 20 year period, these journals have achieved the highest quality level between this type of journals.
In 2011 “Technological and Economic Development of Economy”, a journal present in the engineering field in the Thomson Reuters database was nominated in the “Rising Star” category. In that year, Professor E. K. Zavadskas was nominated in “Rising Star in the Scientists” category in the Thomson Reuters database.

Prof. Kahraman is a full professor at Istanbul Technical University. His research areas are engineering economics, quality control and management, statsitical decision making, multicriteria decision making, and fuzzy decision making. Luis Martinez is Full Professor of Computer Science at the University of Jaén. He is currently a Professor in the Department of Mathematics at the University of the Punjab, Lahore. He has also served the Punjab University College of Information Technology as Assistant Professor and Associate Professor. Elpiniki I. Papageorgiou
Dr. ELPINIKI I. PAPAGEORGIOU is an Associate Professor at Energy Systems Department, University of Thessaly, Geopolis Campus, Larissa, Greece. She holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Patras (Sept. 2004) and an MSc in Medical Physics from the same University (2000). She specializes in developing and applying artificial intelligent models and algorithms to decision support problems for modeling, prediction, strategic decisions, scenario analysis and data mining, solving important emerging problems, arising in engineering, energy, business, medicine, agriculture and environment. Her main research specialization is the development of novel algorithms and fuzzy models for intelligent decision support systems focused on Fuzzy Cognitive Maps. Based on her pioneering research on Fuzzy Cognitive Maps (FCMs), FCMs have been found great applicability and popularity in discipline research areas. She has more than 250 publications in journals, conference papers and book chapters (98 of them are in journals with high Impact Factors) and has more than 4800 citations from independent researchers (h-index=36 in Scopus and 45 in GoogleScholar).
Dr. Elpiniki Papageorgiou is within the 2% among 100,000 overall top-cited most influential scientists, regarding her composite citation index across all scientists and scientific disciplines, according to the published catalogues by PLoS Biolοgy 2020 & Mendeley Data 2020.
In particular, she is ranked 407 (1%) for citation impact during the single calendar year 2019, and 821 (2%) for career-long citation impact up until the end of 2019, within the subfield discipline “Artificial Intelligence and Signal processing” which is among her main scientific fields of expertise.

José Luis Verdegay
Prof. José Luis Verdegay received an M.Sc degree in mathematics and a Ph.D. degree in sciences from the University of Granada, Granada, Spain, in 1975 and 1981, respectively. He is a Full Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence (DECSAI), University of Granada, Spain, member of the Models of Decision and Optimization (MODO) Research Group and Coordinator of the Master on Soft Computing and Intelligent Systems between the University of Granada and University of Computer Sciences (Cuba). He has published twenty-nine books and more than 350 scientific and technical papers in leading scientific journals and has been the Advisor of 20 Ph.D. dissertations. He has served on many international program committees and has attended numerous national and international conferences, congresses, and workshops. He has been a Principal Researcher in a variety of national and international research and educational projects, and currently is leading a research project on “Models of Optimization and Decision: Applications and Solutions at 3 Different Environments” and coordinating the Ibero-American research network in Decision and Optimization models (iMODA). He has a long experience in the evaluation of the quality of academic institutions. He has been a member and President of a number of committees with the European Training Foundation and the Spanish Ministry of Education.
He also is a member of the Editorial Board of several international leading journals, as for instance Fuzzy Sets and Systems, Fuzzy Optimization and Decision Making, IJUFKS, or Memetic Computing. He has been Chairman of DECSAI (1990–1994), President (founder) of the Spanish Association for Fuzzy Logic and Technologies (1990–1996), Advisor for Intelligent Technologies of the Spanish Science InterMinistry Commission (1995–1996), Director of International Affairs at the University of Granada (1996–2000) and Delegate of the Rector for ICT in University of Granada (2008-2015). Professor Verdegay is an FSA fellow, IEEE Senior Member, and Honorary Member of the Cuban Academy of Mathematics and Computation. Besides he has the Featured Position of “Invited Professor” at the Technical University of Havana (CUJAE, Cuba), Central University of Las Villas (Santa Clara, Cuba), and University of Holguín (Cuba). He is also a “Distinguished Guest” of the National University of Trujillo (Perú). His current scientific interests are on Soft Computing, fuzzy sets and systems, decision support systems, metaheuristic algorithms, nature-inspired systems, and all their applications to real-world problems.
Tofigh Allahviranloo is currently a Full Professor of applied mathematics at Istinye University, Turkey. As a trained mathematician and computer scientist, he has developed a passion for multi and interdisciplinary research. He is not only deeply involved in fundamental research in fuzzy applied mathematics, especially with a focus on fuzzy differential equations, but he also aims at innovative applications in the applied biological sciences. Tofigh is currently working on a new mathematical space with complicated uncertainties. Tofigh has previously worked in several universities like the IAU Science and Research branch in Iran, the University of Prince Edward Island in Canada, Izmir University, and Bahcesehir University in Turkey.
Benjamín Bedregal received a BA degree in computing from the Tarapac University (UTA), Arica, Chile, in 1986, and the M.Sc. degree in informatics and the Ph.D. degree in computer sciences from the Federal University of Pernambuco, Brazil, in 1987 and 1996, respectively. Dr. Zeljko Stevic is Assistant professor at University of East Sarajevo, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering Doboj. Ali Ebrahimnejad, Ph.D, serves as full professor of Operations Research in Department of Mathematics, Qaemshahr Branch, Islamic Azad University, Qaemshahr, Iran. He has published three books by Springer publisher, and over 120 refereed papers in many prestigious journals. His h indices in Google Scholar and Scopus are 28 and 22, respectively. Ali is on the list of top 2% of scientists in the world, ranked by Scientifics from Stanford University (2020).
Rosa M. Rodríguez
Rosa M. Rodríguez received her B.Sc, M.Sc. and PhD degrees in Computer Science, all of them from the University of Jaén in 2006, 2008 and 2013 respectively. She got the extraordinary award of PhD (bestowed in 2017). Currently, she has a Postdoctoral contract (Ramón y Cajal) at the University of Jaén, Spain. Her research interests include linguistic preference modeling, decision making, decision support systems, and fuzzy logic-based systems. She has more than 30 papers in journals indexed by the SCI. She is Editorial Assistant in International Journal of Computational Intelligence Systems and Associate Editor in International Journal of Fuzzy Systems and Journal of Intelligent and Fuzzy Systems. Valentina E. Balas received the Ph.D. degree in applied electronics and telecommunications from the Polytechnic University of Timisoara. She is currently a Full Professor with the Department of Automatics and Applied Software, Faculty of Engineering, Aurel Vlaicu University of Arad, Romania. She is also the Director of the Intelligent Systems Research Centre, Aurel Vlaicu University of Arad. She is an author of more than 250 research articles in refereed journals and international conferences. Her research interests are in intelligent systems, fuzzy control, soft computing, smart sensors, information fusion, modeling, and simulation. She is a member of EUSFLAT, SIAM, and a member of TC-Fuzzy Systems (IEEE CIS), a member of TC-Emergent Technologies (IEEE CIS), a member in TC-Soft Computing (IEEE SMCS). From 2005 to 2016, she served as the General Chair for the International Workshop Soft Computing and Applications (SOFA), in seven editions, held at Romania and Hungary. She participated in many international conferences as an Organizer, the Honorary Chair, the Session Chair, and a member of steering, advisory or international program committees. She was the past Vice-President (Awards) of IFSA International Fuzzy Systems Association Council, from 2013 to 2015, and is currently a Joint Secretary of the Governing Council of Forum for Interdisciplinary Mathematics (FIM). She is the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Advanced Intelligence Paradigms (IJAIP) and International Journal of Computational Systems Engineering (IJCSysE), a member of Editorial Board 12 IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica, September 2019, a member of several national and international journals, and is an evaluator expert for national, international projects, and Ph.D. thesis.

Dragiša Stanujkić is an Associate Professor of Information Technology at the Technical Faculty in Bor, University of Belgrade. He has received his MSc degree in Information Science and PhD in Organizational Sciences from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade. His current research is focused on decision-making theory, expert systems and intelligent decision support systems.
Professor Stanujkic is co-author of a Modified Weighted Sum Method Based on the Decision-maker's Preferred Levels of Performances (WS PLP), Additive Ratio Compromise ASsessment (ARCAS) and PIvot Pairwise RElative Criteria Importance Assessment (PIPRECIA) methods, as well as several extensions of MOORA, MULTIMOORA, ARAS, EDAS WASPAS and SWARA methods. Professor Stanujkic is member of Neutrosophic Science International Association (NSIA) and Co-President of NSIA branch of Serbia.

Jindong Qin (M’18) received the Ph.D. degree in management science and engineering from Southeast University, Nanjing, China, in 2016. He is currently an Associate Professor with the School of Management, Wuhan University of Technology, Wuhan, China. He has published several papers in the uncertainty decision analysis area and these research results have been published in the European Journal of Operational Research, the IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, the Annals of Operations Research, Information Sciences, Knowledge-Based Systems, and Applied Soft Computing. Dr. Bin Pang is an associate Professor of School of Mathematics and Statistics, Beijing Institute of Technology in Beijing, China. Pang obtained his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Mathematics from Ocean University of China in Qingdao, China, in 2008 and 2011, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in Mathematics from Beijing Institute of China in Beijing, China, in 2015. His main research interests include fuzzy convex structures, fuzzy topology, fuzzy convergence, fuzzy rough set theory and fuzzy matroids. He has made more than 50 scholarly contributions (h-index = 20; i10-index = 30; January 2022), including 15 highly cited papers in ESI databases. He has been funded by several foundations, including National Natural Foundations of China, National Natural Foundations of Guangdong Province, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation and Beijing Institute of Technology Science and Technology Innovation Plan Cultivation Project. He is now served as a professional reviewer of various mathematical journals.
Now Pang is a Ph.D. supervisor in School of Mathematics and Statistics, Beijing Institute of Technology, and he is also the cohead of his research group of fuzzy mathematics. He recently focuses on the theory of fuzzy convex structures and its applications, which is a new branch of fuzzy mathematics. His group is the sponsor of this theory and is leading the development of this theory.

Dr. Vladimir Simic was born in Belgrade, Serbia in 1983. He received a Ph.D. degree in Transportation Engineering from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering, Serbia, in 2014.
Since 2020, he is an Associate Professor of the Transport and Traffic Engineering Department at the University of Belgrade, Serbia. He has conducted intensive research on operations research applications in diverse fields of specialization, with a particular focus on developing advanced hybrid multi-criteria decision-making tools and real-life large-scale stochastic, fuzzy, interval, full- and semi-infinite programming optimization models. He published more than 110 research papers, including 56 papers in SCI indexed International Journals (e.g., IEEE Transactions of Fuzzy Systems, Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence, Information Sciences, Experts Systems with Applications, Applied Soft Computing, etc.).
Dr. Simic regularly serves as an ad-hoc reviewer of many top-tier journals. He won the “2016 Excellence in Review Award” from Resources, Conservation and Recycling (Elsevier) in 2017. He received eight “Outstanding reviewer” awards and 14 “Recognized reviewer” awards from prestigious Q1 journals. He is a member of the International Solid Waste Association (ISWA). S. A. Edalatpanah received the Ph.D. degree in applied mathematics from the University of Guilan, Rasht, Iran. He is currently working as the chief of R&D at the Ayandegan Institute of Higher Education, Iran. He is also an academic member of Guilan University and the Islamic Azad University of Iran. His fields of interest are uncertainty, fuzzy mathematics, numerical linear algebra, soft computing, and optimization. Bahram Farhadinia is Professor of applied mathematics in Quchan University of Technology, Quchan, Iran. He was an Academic Visitor with the School of Elec Eng, Comp and Math Sci (EECMS), Curtin University, Australia in 2007. He was also an Academic Visitor with the Department of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, University of Granada, Spain in 2017. He has published one book in Persian (a textbook for postgraduate students) and more than 35 peer-reviewed papers, many in high-quality international journals including Information Sciences, Knowledge-Based Systems, Soft Computing, Applied Intelligence, International Journal of Fuzzy Systems, Cognitive Computation, etc. Two of his papers have been selected as ESI Highly Cited Papers. Dr. Farhadinia has received numerous honors and awards, including the 2001 and 2005 Outstanding Graduate awards (Ranked Number One in the university), Iran, Distinguished Researcher Award (QUAT 2011, 2013-2016), etc. Dr. Farhadinia is the deputy of Iranian Fuzzy Systems Society, and the Editor of international journal of Recent Research in Science and Technology, and serves as a reviewer for more than 30 international journals.

Erfan Babaee Tirkolaee obtained a BSc. (2012) and MSc. (2014) in Industrial Engineering from Isfahan University of Technology in Isfahan, Iran. Then, he received a Ph.D. degree (2019) in Industrial Engineering from Mazandaran University of Science and Technology in Babol, Iran. Dr. Erfan Babaee Tirkolaee is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering at Istinye University in Istanbul, Turkey. Meanwhile, he has worked as a Quality Assurance consultant and training manager in some automotive industries in Iran, and could go through different relevant courses like ISO 9001: 2015 and IATF 16949-2016. He has been verified as a scientific elite by the Young Researchers and Elite Club, Islamic Azad University in 2017 and Iran's National Elites Foundation in 2018. Dr. Agarwal provided significant service to Anand International College of Engineering, Jaipur. Under his leadership during 2010-20, Anand-ICE consistently progressed in education and preparation of students, and in the new direction of academics, research and development. His overall impact to the institute is considerable. Many scholars from different nations, including China, Uzbekistan, Thailand and African Countries came to work under his guidance. The majority of these visiting post-doctoral scholars were sent to work under Dr. Agarwal by their employing institutions for at least one month.
Dr. Agarwal regularly disseminates his research at invited talks/colloquiums (over 25 Institutions all over the world).He has been invited to give plenary/keynote lectures at international conferences in the USA, Russia, India, Turkey, China, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Germany, UK, Turkey, and Japan. He has served over 50 Journals in the capacity of an Editor/Honorary Editor, or Associate Editor, and published 11 books as an editor. Dr. Sumera Naz completed her PhD in Mathematics from University of the Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan. Currently, she is serving as an Assistant Professor at University of Education, Lahore, Pakistan. Her research interests are in the field of graph theory, extended fuzzy graphs, and decision analysis. She has diversity in her research work. She has published some work on generalized fuzzy graph theory, multi-attribute decision analysis and some alternative theories of fuzzy Mathematics. She has published 40 research articles in international peer-reviewed ISI Indexed /Impact factor journals. Some of her papers have been published in high impact journals including Soft Computing, Complex & Intelligent Systems, Computational and Applied Mathematics, International Journal of Computational Intelligence Systems, Symmetry, Mathematics, and Journal of Intelligent and Fuzzy Systems, etc. Her current impact factor is more than 120. Her current h-index on Google scholar is 17 and i10-index is 24. Her work has largely been cited and total citation is more than 900. She has presented her research work at some national as well as international conferences. She has been acting as a reviewer for a number of International journals. She has produced 15 MPhil scholars as a full supervisor. Further 12 MPhil research scholars are in progress.
Autilia Vitiello (Member, IEEE) received the M.S. degree (cum laude) in computer science from the University of Salerno, in July 2009, defending a thesis in Time Sensitive Fuzzy Agents: formal model and implementation, and the Ph.D. degree in computer science from the University of Salerno, in April 2013, defending a thesis titled Memetic Algorithms for Ontology Alignment.,Since 2018, she has been an Assistant Professor with the Department of Physics “Ettore Pancini”, University of Naples Federico II. She is currently the Vice-Chair of the IEEE CIS Standards Committee and the Chair of the Task Force named Datasets for Computational Intelligence Applications. She is part of the IEEE Standard Association 1855 Working Group for Fuzzy Markup Language Standardization, where she also serves as Secretary. Her main research interests include computational intelligence, and in particular, fuzzy logic and evolutionary algorithms. Her recent interests include the integration between computational intelligence and computer vision to address bloodstain pattern analysis and the integration between evolutionary algorithms and machine learning techniques to tackle big data challenges.,Dr. Vitiello was a recipient of the Best Paper Award at the United Kingdom Workshop on Computational Intelligence, UKCI 2012, Edinburgh, U.K.

Atiqe Ur Rahman
Dr Rahman is a prominent researcher in the field of fuzzy sets and systems. He is the founder of more than 30 mathematical structures, such as Bijective Hypersoft Set, Complex Fuzzy Hypersoft Set, Complex Intuitionistic Fuzzy Hypersoft Set, Complex Neutrosophic Hypersoft Set, Hypersoft Graph, etc. He has published more than 70 research articles in peer reviewed journals. His publications have been cited more than 700 times with h-index 13. He has been referee for many peer reviewed journals and been assigned the “Excellent Reviewer” tag by WOS. He has also been ranked as scientist by AD Scientific Ranking. His work has been acknowledged by several high profile researchers.
Seyyed Esmaeil Najafi
ُSeyyed Esmail Najafi is an Associate Professor of Industrial Engineering Department at Ayandegan Institute of higher Education in Tehran, Iran. He received his B.A. in Power and Water University of Technology (PWUT), his M.S. in Islamic Azad University. and his Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Science and Research Branch in Tehran, Iran. Michael Gr. Voskoglou (B.Sc., M.Sc., M.Phil., Ph.D in Mathematics) is currently an Emeritus Professor of Mathematical Sciences at the School of Technological Applications of the Graduate Technological Educational Institute (T. E. I.) of Western Greece in the city of Patras. He has served as a full Professor at the same Institute from 1987 to 2010. He used to be also an instructor at the Hellenic Open University, at the Mathematics Department of the University of Patras, at the Schools of Primary and Secondary In – Service Teachers’ Training in Patras and a teacher of mathematics at the Greek Public Secondary Education (1972-1987). He was appointed as a Visiting Researcher at the Institute of Mathematics and Informatics of the National Bulgarian Academy of Sciences in Sofia for three years (1997-2000), under sabbatical. He has lectured as a Visiting Professor in M.Sc. courses of the School of Management at the University of Warsaw (2009), of the Department of Operational Mathematics at the University of Applied Sciences in Berlin (2010) and also at the Mathematics Department of the National Institute of Technology of Durgapur (2016) under a grand of the GIAN program (Course No. 161021K03) of the Indian Government. He is the author of 14 books in Greek and in English language and of more than 400 papers published in reputed journals and proceedings of conferences of about 30 countries of the five continents, with many citations from other researchers. He is also the Editor in Chief of the “International Journal of Applications of Fuzzy Sets and Artificial Intelligence” (ISSN 2241-1240), reviewer of the American Mathematical Society (No. 60147) and member of the Editorial Board of many reputed mathematical journals. SELÇUK TOPAL received the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in mathematics (Foundations of Mathematics and Mathematical Logic) from Ege University, Turkey. He was a Visiting Scholar with Indiana (USA) and Calabria (Italy) Universities. He is currently an Associate Professor of mathematics with Bitlis Eren University, Turkey.
His general area of interest is applied logic: the study of mathematical and conceptual tools for use in computer science, linguistics, artificial intelligence, and other areas.
